They have a nice personal touch with their service advisors. They also sent me a video of their inspection, showing why they were recommending new front brake pads and not recommending new tires. You should be aware that they will charge a 3 percent surcharge for using a credit card, however they gave me a discount to cover it this time when I objected, as I would have brought a check book had I known in advance and my Mom had dropped me off and driven home. Next time, the door handle repaired wouldn't open from the outside. So, three trips and over a week in your courtesy car when it should have been 3 days, tops. Brandon was great and there was no screaming or yelling or anything. This stuff happens. Point is, whether you address the problem to reduce how OFTEN it happens! More
