Patrick Coleman's amazing persistence in dealing with our previous car OEM to cover an extremely costly out of warranty repair, provided us with maximum value for our trade in. Deepest thanks. Jeff Massey's pleasant demeanor, very skilled and competent showing of the car made our decision very easy. Finally, Jason Tavernaro's counseling and guidance through Subaru incentives and promotions with financing and extended warranty provided maximum return on investment. Purchase of a new Outback SUV Overall, I was quite satisfied with my experience at Olathe Subaru. Darrell was very helpful, and clearly knew his way around the inventory. My only complaint is that I got Negative feedback on my decision to pay cash rather than financing. I had to move some money into checking to pay for the car, and I didn’t get all the information I needed on warrantee costs, etc.. As a result, I have to go back and move more money around. I don’t object to the prices — they seemed quite reasonable — but full disclosure on the cost range for the add-ons would have been helpful BEFORE the actual day of check writing. More

Each time Paul greeted up promptly with a smile and always spent an appropriate time even splitting time with other customers during a busy time we never felt pressured.
