He knew that I was interested in 0% financing and I do not know if it was just him, but even the finance person led me to believe that I got that rate. I take responsibility for not catching it when I signed the documents, but I feel they should have made it clear what the interest rate will be. I also discovered after the fact that I did not receive a copy of the document that outlined the full cost of extended warranty that I purchased. Love my car, just feel somewhat deceived. More

He took the time to introduce me to Paul another salesman and made sure I was taken care of. Paul and I had a good conversation about what I wanted and test drove a couple of cars. We set up another appointment so I could check out Lee's Summit Subaru. Neither dealership had what I wanted in stock. Lee's Summit Subaru shot me a bottom dollar price vying for my business. They seemed to have a difficult time keeping in touch consistently. Paul and Aaron at Olathe were always quick to answer questions and return calls. They asked what they needed to do to get my business. They came close to the price Lee's Summit gave me and I did paperwork that day. Lee's Summit failed to ask why I didn't keep my appointment until I took delivery of my car a week later. The folks at Olathe cared more about my experience than the price and it was appreciated. I didn't feel like I was in the Walmart of cars. Best car buying experience I could have asked for. The service manager worked with me to ensure that my parts were installed on a day that fit my schedule. All around great place. More

Honest and Patient I ended up dealing with two different sales people in the course of my purchase. No pressure and I did take over a month to actually sit down and write a check. I also really like KS the sales manager I dealt with. They actually go over the whole car with you after you have bought it which was great since I had never had anyone do that before! More

Everyone was friendly, direct and respectful of my time. I had requested quote from web and after a couple of weeks of additional research, I was ready to make a purchase. We found he was very personable but also very knowledgeable about the vehicles in inventory, the features and differences across models and trim levels. Quickly found an Outback that fit the criteria and got it ready for a test drive. Everything about the price and offers were direct and honest, we settled quickly on a good price. Subaru was offering 0% financing, we got the terms sorted and in Finance, Percy was efficient with the paperwork and offers for extended warranty options. David did a good job of going over the vehicle features (there are many) at delivery. I would be please to do business with this dealership again. More
