Fast, easy car buying experience Vic did everything he could to make this a very pleasant car buying experience. I wasn't able to get the car for the price I wanted but came very clos Vic did everything he could to make this a very pleasant car buying experience. I wasn't able to get the car for the price I wanted but came very close. The dealership was willing to drop the price a couple hundred dollars to accommodate for me traveling from Iowa to pick up the car. Vic drove his own personal vehicle to pick me up in Kansas City, MO. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. There was a little bit longer of a wait time than I expected. I did arrive as the dealership was just opening. There were a couple things I missed during my inspection that I feel the dealership should have mentioned like the dent on the door of the trunk, a couple minor scratches, and a burnt out headlight. These are things I felt should have been discussed before I made the trip down there. Overall, I feel like I still got a great deal on the car and I'm enjoying my new Subaru Outback. More

When we returned for a test drive of the Outback Chris was not available and Ben arranged for the test drive while explaining the various features of the Outback. Since we had shopped on line at two other Dealers we had a price we would accept. Olathe Subaru met that price making the entire experience hassle free. All of the people we met with made this a very pleasant and easy experience. More
