These options required immediate acceptance, documents detailing the coverage and limitations were not immediately provided nor was there adequate time to make an informed decision. Prices varied depending on which parts of the package you might choose and It was made clear that you could included the cost as part of your loan. Over all a poor practice and one that consumer advocates warn against. More

I came back several days later and I talked with Chrissy Eisenmann, super friendly and very helpfull. I was able to negotiate an acceptable trade in value on my trade in and decided to move forward. I came back with my wife that evening and closed the deal. We took delivery the next day after we closed on our bank loan. Love the car, looks and drives awesome. The only reason not getting five stars is because the F & I mgr got a little too pushy selling his financing programs even after I told him I had my own financing. More
