Ted was so helpful in helping me find just what I wanted. I felt no pressure and felt he truly wanted to help me make a good choice. I appreciated his thoroughness. I had just dumped 3500 in my two vehicles,then one of them lost a tranny, it was estimated at 4100 to fix it, then hope nothing else would break. I have 4 kids to truck around and my job is reliant on reliable transportation. I was very stressed because of the money I just spent and was on a limited budget. These guys were able to put me in a new Mitsubishi at a reasonable price,with a payment I could afford. I would recomend this dealership to anyone. I was pleasantly surprised by the no pressure atmosphere at Subaru. Ted, our sales consultant, was extremely knowledgeable on the Subaru Forester answering all our questions. He never made us feel rushed or pressured. Brad did an excellent job explaining all the car details which was appreciated. He was patient with the many questions we asked regarding the mechanics of the Forester. They both made it clear that we could contact them if we had any questions once we drove off the dealership parking lot. I'm loving my new SUV and would highly recommend to my friends and family stopping at Subaru if they're in the market for a new car. More

Dealership looked a little old and needs more room for parking. Parking was the biggest issue. Brad was very helpful and Ariel was nice to deal with. One suggestion would if a sales person wants to smoke, smoke in the back of the building. After we had purchased out new car we went to sit outside to wait for it to get cleaned since it was a nice day. Unfortunately we were down wind from a smoking sales man. (Not anyone we dealt with). I purchased a new 2014 Subaru Forester. The sales consultant was friendly and not at all pushy, and the low pressure sale made this a really enjoyable car buying experience.
