We had a very good experience at this dealership, mainly because our salesman, Joe Bonzo, was so easy to work with! When you arrive, they greet you at the door, or even go so far as to come outside and gre because our salesman, Joe Bonzo, was so easy to work with! Joe asked what we had come for and led us to a couple of options, the first of which ended up being the car we bought. He was very knowledgeable re: the make/model and various packages all Subarus. He was also up-to-date on what the industry and the media was saying about Subarus in general, and our model in particular. It may have been timing, luck, fate, what-have-you - but we got an exceptional deal on our Forester. For the first time in my life, I didn't even feel inclined to haggle over the price- which is unheard of when you think of buying from a car dealership- but it's true! We just purchased a 2013 Crosstrek Limited desert khaki. They were very helpful on going over options and pricing on our new Crosstrek. They didn't have exactly what we wanted on the lot so they ordered wha They were very helpful on going over options and pricing on our new Crosstrek. They didn't have exactly what we wanted on the lot so they ordered what we wanted(was going to take 2-4 months to come in but they ended up getting one on a trade from another Subaru dealership so we got it earlier!). They have been very helpful scheduling getting our accessories we wanted installed on our new vehicle, they are even giving us a car to drive while they have ours.
