Was super quick and easy dealing with Jeff, our salesman. Nice, honest and up-front. We said what we were looking for, took some quick test drives, decided on a totally different vehicle but they didn't ha Nice, honest and up-front. Financing, i was shocked at how fast we were approved. i even had to ask him, "are you sure i got that rate?" when i picked up the car, they cleaned it twice due to a couple streaks (which didn't bother me). and going through the final financials and signing of paperwork was a breeze compared to all other purchases in the past - we spent most of the time BSing about life. More

Shopping for vehicles can be stressful. Didn't feel too pressured so i appreciate that approach. i went from not ever thinking about buying a Subaru to buying one within 24 hours of my visit. And accomidating - meeting the needs of those individuals involved in that transaction. Providing an environment that is supportive and enabling both parties to reach that fair happy medium. Simply put- I have owned over 30 cars from various manufacturers and consequently dealt with many dealerships. Patrick and Craig are outstanding service managers due to their communication/call backs manufacturers and consequently dealt with many dealerships. I'm a bit of a gearhead and have a reasonable knowledge of cars' mechanics, and have dealt with many mechanics over the years. Brett Lofton at Olathe Subaru is hands down the most knowledgable technician I have ever met. He quickly identifies problems and at the same time, knows how to fix them. At one time, I owned 3 Subarus (all at the same time but now down to 2). Olathe Subaru is my dealership and Brett is my mechanic. End of story. More

We had such a pleasant experience and walked out with a great car for a great price. We got our new car for almost the exact price the used ones were going for! They had a wonderful selection and the laid back environment was such a nice change. It's so nice to feel like your dealer is working with you not against you.
