Tremendous Experience When considering a Subaru Crosstrek, my initial thought was to test drive it before doing too much research on models, features, etc. I knew they wer When considering a Subaru Crosstrek, my initial thought was to test drive it before doing too much research on models, features, etc. I knew they were safe vehicles and most people love their Subarus's. When I arrived, I just wanted to look at the inventory and see if there was anything that interested me. As I worked my way around the lot, Patrick came out with the Crosstrek sales guide/booklet out with him and introduced himself. He found a car on the lot with features that interested me and we jumped in the car and went for a test drive. I was able to drive the car on the highway and streets where I normally drive (to work and around town). He didn't tell me where to drive and casually went through the features. I told him I needed time to do some research and figure out if I wanted to consider purchasing a Crosstrek. He was understanding and gave me his card. Here's where I usually get annoyed by car dealers and salesmen. But, to my surprise, Patrick gave me space and didn't follow up with me until I reached out to him to see when he would be available to talk more about a trade. Everything went well. Everyone was helpful throughout the process and we sailed through the trade process and negotiations. I wanted to finance the car with Subaru so I got to spend some time with the Finance Manager. Percy was amazing. He did a great job going through the upset process with ease and with little to no pressure. The entire process was relaxed, went smoothly and I enjoyed the entire process.
