We didn’t have to spend hours haggling back and forth over price. When the car with the color and trim level/features I wanted wasn’t at Olathe Subaru, he didn’t try to sell me a different car from their lot. He found the exact car I wanted at a dealership in Nebraska and continued to follow-up with me over the next couple of days to keep me updated as to when my car would be delivered. I have never owned a Subaru before, but I’m extremely impressed with my experience with them so far. More

Customer Service We had a legitimate issue with our brand new Subaru that we had purchased at a different Subaru dealer. Olathe Subaru is out of the way for us but I will drive the distance for as long as the customer service remains the same, because in just days our car issue was resolved without hesitation.
