Casey was knowledgeable about the features of the Crosstrek, but never pressured me into the higher-end trim models. He was extremely, laid-back and low-pressure. We didn’t have to spend hours haggling back and forth over price. When the car with the color and trim level/features I wanted wasn’t at Olathe Subaru, he didn’t try to sell me a different car from their lot. He found the exact car I wanted at a dealership in Nebraska and continued to follow-up with me over the next couple of days to keep me updated as to when my car would be delivered. I have never owned a Subaru before, but I’m extremely impressed with my experience with them so far. More

Customer Service We had a legitimate issue with our brand new Subaru that we had purchased at a different Subaru dealer. Olathe Subaru is out of the way for us but I will drive the distance for as long as the customer service remains the same, because in just days our car issue was resolved without hesitation. What started off as a bad week crumbled away My wife and I have driven Volvo's for years. Her 1988 was given us a problems. Then our other car totally died. We had ben thinking about Subaru's for some time. We stopped by Olathe Subaru, Casey came over and talked to us and told us to look around. A couple of days later we went back and told Casey we were ready to move forward. He helped us in selecting a 2015 Outback, A great Car. We love it, doit feels like a real car when your driven, We have already recommended Casey to a couple of our friends, Oh by the way I did find the problem my self in our 1988 Volvo. More

We don’t have friends to tell us which dealership works and what doesn’t. My husband and I went in search of this vehicle with all the Subaru dealerships. One might think it’s all the same. I would have thought the same until this experience. This was our third dealership! One treated us as if we were just stupid and had no clue. In the day of technology.. really?! They didn’t know how to treat us the customer. Another dealership didn’t understand we were there to purchase a vehicle and while they were nice, they didn’t seem like they wanted to sell us a vehicle. Olathe Subaru REALLY closed the deal. They understood what we had experienced and genuinely wanted to make this experience as easy as possible. We knew how much, what we wanted, we we got before we even walked through the doors. The honesty and no nonsense attitude gave us the confidence everyone wants when they are making a larger purchase. The whole staff was friendly and most importantly they looked out for us as a consumer and as a part of the military. This was by far the easiest experience we have had purchasing a vehicle. I cannot rave enough about them and the confidence I have in them. Thank you!! More
