Easy Process, upfront! I contacted 4 local Subaru dealers. I knew the car I wanted after several weeks of researching Subaru Imprezas. 2 of the 4 dealers did not have the 2 I contacted 4 local Subaru dealers. I knew the car I wanted after several weeks of researching Subaru Imprezas. 2 of the 4 dealers did not have the 2019 Sport I wanted but 2 did. Immediately salesman Aldo Vega reached out to me from Pembroke Pines Subaru. I wanted to take advantage of the 0.9% for 72 months so I was only interested in 2019s. He confirmed he had 1 on lot and would be happy to assist me moving forward. I really was still considering a CPO to save some money but I knew at a certain price point the 2019 made sense for me assuming I qualified for the 0.9%. I basically received a great offer right from the start from Aldo and his team. When I explained this was going to be a second family Subaru Aldo told me about a possible $500 voucher for loyal customers. I received an email voucher an hour later. With the voucher, a good price and 0.9% for 72 months I really felt that new (this time) was a good buy. Often I buy CPO because you can get a great lightly owned vehicle with a better warranty from a dealer but the 0.9%, the close out 2019 pricing and the voucher made it an easy decision. We agreed on price and I confirmed I'd be there in the morning the following day. Aldo had everything ready, I got to test drive the vehicle as it was prepped and cleaned and ready for me to drive home. Aldo made sure to explain the features to me and when I asked about a full tank of gas he fueled it up without hesitation. I just feel I got Exceptional customer service. Thank you. More

Where’s my car? We live in delray but travel a lot. Called your dealership about a 2003 Honda CR-V on fri nov 16 and it was available. Spoke to krystal on chat line. We live in delray but travel a lot. Called your dealership about a 2003 Honda CR-V on fri nov 16 and it was available. Spoke to krystal on chat line. Said we would drive down to look at on sat,nov 17. Called 1 hour out and somebody would be there to show car. Nobody to meet us. Found tony who showed us other cars until he could find the Honda. We put a deposit down pending a safety inspection. Waited 2 days and finally drove down on mon. Car was not ready. Bought the car with a promised delivery on wed as we were leaving town. So, it’s been a week and still no car delivered to our Delray Beach address. Why advertise a car for sale if it’s not ready to be driven off the lot? And, where is the follow-up? More specifically, where is our car? More
