Was tired of Ford, got a WRX I was shopping for a 2020 WRX, and not being a stranger to Subaru as this was going to be my 8th one. I went to visit my dealer that I've dealt with i I was shopping for a 2020 WRX, and not being a stranger to Subaru as this was going to be my 8th one. I went to visit my dealer that I've dealt with in the past and for some reason I just felt like I was being taken advantage of and decided to shop at other dealerships. On a whim I stopped by Pines Subaru and checked around a bit and when I saw Barry who was free to help me, I told him exactly what I wanted, the prices that I was offered at the other dealers and he said yea we can beat that no problem. We went to the lot and drove the blue WRX that I wanted and reconnected with why I loved that car. We ran the numbers but unfortunately I had to run home, Barry said he would hold the car for me so that I could pick it up on the weekend. On day of pick up, it was a mad house at the dealership, cars flying out left and right. Barry had called me to confirm if I would be coming and at what time, when I arrived, sure enough my car was off in the corner away from all the action so that nobody would notice it. After a few hours of paperwork, waiting on banks etc finally got all done and drove my car home. I was very happy with the service that Barry and Rudy provided in handling of my purchase, will recommend. More
