Good service, terrible communication I recently moved to the areas so I came to this service center for the first time for regular service (oil change, tire rotation) as well as taking ca I recently moved to the areas so I came to this service center for the first time for regular service (oil change, tire rotation) as well as taking care of three recalls. The service adviser was friendly and explained the work that would be completed. They offer a shuttle service that will drop you off and pick you up while your car is being worked on which is a nice addition. When the work was completed, I visited the cashier to get my paperwork and my keys and was told everything was all set. Everything was not all set. A couple days later I received and automated text message that said "your special order parts have arrived! schedule your service now" I was confused because I thought everything was all set so I called. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. I explained the text message and her first response was "it was probably a mistake". I said yes, but can you check because I was just there getting recalls fixed. I was put on hold for at least 10 minutes and I gave up and decided to investigate for myself. Upon closer inspection of the paperwork, I noticed that one of the recalls wasn't completed because of this missing spare part. No one said anything when I initially picked up my car, and the woman on the phone just brushed the text message off as a mistake. I made an appointment online to complete the recall work- but I will seriously consider whether or not to come back to this service center. Calling them is an absolute nightmare, you are treated rudely on the phone and then put on hold for entirely too long. More

Fast, Excellent Service I had to take my Subaru in for recalls. Fortunately, none of the affected parts required repair, which would have greatly lengthened the service time. I am appreciative they suggested to make the most of the visit and also knock out a needed mileage service. This service & taking care of the recalls were all done really quick. Next comes the negotiating involving a lot of back and forth with a lot of waiting in between. Once we arrived at a mutually agreeable price, the paper work started. The insurance had to be changed which was done quickly. Unfortunately, the finance department was backed up so I had a long wait. The finance consultant was very helpful and once I signed a gazillion forms, I could leave. Overall, I was at the dealership for 4 hours. I am satisfied with my purchase and with all the personnel that I had contact with. This is the 3rd Forester I have purchased from this dealership. I also use them for servicing my cars. More

Worth the long drive for new car My dealings with this dealership was as good as gets. I was given a very fair price without pressure. Was able to negotiate with Mike Kahook by email and telephone so everything was agreed when we arrived. Very impressed with the care and concern that they take. When drove the new car home (60 miles trip) noticed a chip in the paint. They gave me no hassle and promised to make good. When I returned to have the chip touched up I was told that it would not be touched up (it's a new car and should be perfect") so to do it correctly the entire bumper was repainted. Given a loaner car to return the following day. More
