I am a bit torn because I came in for oil change/maintenance, no problem. But the real issue is a jerky transmission that can't really seem to be explained except that's just the way turbo 2 change/maintenance, no problem. But the real issue is a jerky transmission that can't really seem to be explained except that's just the way turbo 2.5 L engine on my new Ascent will be.... very disappointed. A 4.5 for the maintenance and a 2 for the fact that this annoying issue cannot (or will not) be addressed unless enough people complain about it. Completely unacceptable, and given the amount of people that have already complained about this very thing online, I'm deeply disappointed that Subaru cannot or will not provide a software update to this problem....
