I am having the same problem with my car when I brought it in. My service was extended to September 1, so I brought my car in for service and I explained to Elba about a jump when taking off, I was told I it in. My service was extended to September 1, so I brought my car in for service and I explained to Elba about a jump when taking off, I was told I needed brakes so I replaced my brakes but nothing change. I have called twice and no return call. Also I don't understand if someone is working under the hood of your car and they see leaves there, Why not remove them instead of saying oh we don't touch that if a customer do not request it. Not a good excuse. What customer do know brings their car in for service and have leaves or anything else under the hood that should not be there and do not want it removed. Don't understand but that's just me. I was slightly disappointed but I hope it won't be same the next time I bring my car. More
