Done with the stories I am told in service. 3 hours turn into 6 hours. 15 minutes stuck in car wash turns into an hour and the vehicle comes out without going thru the wash. I could go on, but you are not worth my time. I've already wasted too much of my time on you all. Will be pursuing another dealership More
Oil change I had a 10 AM appointment for an oil change. Joseph told me upon arrival that my car would be ready by 11 to 11:30. He offered me a 10% discount witho I had a 10 AM appointment for an oil change. Joseph told me upon arrival that my car would be ready by 11 to 11:30. He offered me a 10% discount without my having to show him my coupon. However, I didn't receive the car back until 12:30, without any updating from Subaru about the delay. If I had been given the reason for the delay it would have been nice but I was left without any information. This was my first service appointment with the dealership (6 months after purchase). More
