I had the best experience ever buying my Subaru. The entire process was easy! Sales agent Tony D.’ walked me through the entire bprocess. Loan agent JCJuan Carlos was super fast and explain Ed everythin entire process was easy! Sales agent Tony D.’ walked me through the entire bprocess. Loan agent JCJuan Carlos was super fast and explain Ed everything in easy to understand terms , with the help of state of art document presentation . I was all signed and ready to drive in no time . This Dealership is a total SCAM and Fraud. When the car was delivered all of the paperwork had a wrong address. They took the paperwork back to the dealer. They also tool a Lincoln they promised to Return was delivered all of the paperwork had a wrong address. They took the paperwork back to the dealer. They also tool a Lincoln they promised to Return and provide me with a receipt. For the next 12 days I called the Pembroke pine Subaru and left multiple messages. I never received a return call. I called Subaru of North America Yesterday To Inquire what the problem is. Several hours later Duane Massa Called me. He denied everything and promised my documents within 1 hour. They never came. Duane Massa admitted in a e mail that my paperwork was not yet complete ( even though i signed it 12 days prior) and that my Lincoln had not been returned. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP ZERO STARS More
