Worth Waiting For I must say that Jaime is a terrific service manager. He is always on top of whatever is going on and diligently kept me informed. I happened to have I must say that Jaime is a terrific service manager. He is always on top of whatever is going on and diligently kept me informed. I happened to have 3 recalls on my wife's Impreza, and Jaime followed through on everything. My two Subaru leases are up in June / July and because of Jaime and the great service, I will be back. Lived up to my low expectations of dealerships. Came in for 18 month oil change. Car had 16k miles. Had a 1:30 appointment. Brought car in at 1. Car wasn't done until at least 3:15. Oil change and rotation for me w/o a lift would take 30 min. Big reason #2 for avoiding dealerships: the constant xx up selling of service that is not needed (and which is not under warranty). They've pushed alignments every visit without need, symptoms of misalignment, or even checking it. This time they pushed a brake fluid flush..... yeah.. with 16k miles. Not even recommended til at least 30k miles in manual. I've also never actually heard of that being necessary with some real contamination issues. It's just sick. I see them giving a bunch of seniors the xxxx run around there every time I wait. Disgusting. Again, not really worth saving the 30 bucks it would cost me to do the maintenance. More
