Did not get car back when promised I went in for basic servicing at 10:00 a.m. and was told that I needed to have the brake lines flushed. I told him I had a lot to do and that I was leaving the next day, and he told me that I'd have the car back by around noon. It wasn't ready until 1:30, and he told me it was ready and washed, but when I went out to pick it up after paying, they still were washing it. He was very nice when we met, and didn't charge me for the basic service appointment, since my warranty had just expired, but I would have appreciated it if he had told me how long it would actually take. Wait seemed too long, but service was good. The service waiting area is clean, with plenty of seating and good coffee available. Staff are very friendly.
