New Tires and oil change To Whom it May Concern, As a repeat customer of Subaru Pembroke Pines I was pleased to be greeted personally by Joe in the service department. I To Whom it May Concern, As a repeat customer of Subaru Pembroke Pines I was pleased to be greeted personally by Joe in the service department. I brought in my very well maintained 2006 Subaru Tribeca B9 Ltd for a set of new tires plus an oil change. Once this work was completed, I drove off of the lot and within 5 minutes my engine temperature gauge began to climb rapidly, indicating a pending overheat. I immediately returned to the service bay and was assisted by a service technician who informed me that I could give him the car again and I could pay for a "diagnostic" or he could simply top up my radiator overflow tank with coolant and hope for the best. I had a northbound flight to catch that evening and of course I had to depart with my Subaru the way it was. Today my car continues to trend towards an overheat condition if it idles for more than 7 min. And it appears to be leaking oil! It was running fine prior to the oil change and tire replacement. Due to the nature of my employment I am trained to be extremely cautious and observant regarding engine indicators and performance. I did not appreciate being told by your service personnel that the sudden arrival of a new engine problem on the day I handed them my keys for an oil change was simply coincidental. Nevertheless, since I was at the dealer I requested the tech to check my driver-side window (since it was not going down - stopped working ) and also check an odd noise the car was making. To me this is a new car, why are things breaking! The prices I was quoted to fix the bad window motor and odd noise (bearings) was outrageous!!! The motor for the window around $450 and the odd noise was that all 4 bearings when bad which was $1600 to get new bearings !!! It’s just crazy. Due to things breaking and prices I will never buy another Subaru!! I have a 2004 Nissan Xterra and everything works great. Not happy with prices, handling of safety recalls and the workmanship of the vehicle. More

Jaime Garcia Best Service Advisor Today I had my Subaru serviced at Subaru Pembroke Pines. What made this a very easy and simple process was Advisor Jaime Garcia. As regularly, custom Today I had my Subaru serviced at Subaru Pembroke Pines. What made this a very easy and simple process was Advisor Jaime Garcia. As regularly, customer, I knew in advance what was needed to be done to my vehicle. Mr. Garcia does a great job communicating with the customer, as to what my vehicle service is due. In addition, I had a coupon to get my vehicle detailed, which meant it be in service all day long. As busy as it was for a Monday Mr. Garcia, found a loaner vehicle for me, knowing I travel across from Palm Beach to Miami for work. The entire process took less then 30 minutes of my time from when I got there until I left. Mr. Garcia called me today at approximately 5:45pm, and said the vehicle was done, and detailed and looked great. He told me I could come tonight, or in the morning whatever was easier for me. The fact this morning Mr. Garcia went out of his way to find me a loaner, I decided to bring the vehicle back so it would be available in the morning for another customer. When I returned to the dealer at 6:10 pm, Mr. Garcia was still there and took time to go over the service done and check me out when I knew it was time for him to go home. This is what I call “Outstanding Customer Service” from a true professional. I also have a Lexus which I service next door and receive excellent service. But I have to say Mr. Garcia does his job far above any service advisor I’ve used in any dealer in Miami or Broward. More

Jaime Garcia and Steve Sutherton deliver top notch service. My 2015 Forester was towed into this dealership after hours as my clutch was totally gone. Jaime called me at 8:30 am to discuss and said he would cal My 2015 Forester was towed into this dealership after hours as my clutch was totally gone. Jaime called me at 8:30 am to discuss and said he would call back at 9:30 with details, which he did. All repair parts were not in stock and i was given a expected complete date of 4 days and a cost quote. Steve sent me pictures so I could better understand the damage. Jaime and Steve worked their magic and a driver was sent to pick me up the next day as my car repair was complete!!3 days early and blow quoted cost. I only have superlative things to say about their service and great customer service. More
Charges for unneeded services This is the second time I have made a mistake of accepting recommendations for services not needed. This time it was for changing and flushing break fluid on a car with 20,000 highway miles. The charge was $159 before a credit was applied. This is well over what the cost should have been had the service been needed. The salespeople were great but I don’t want to pay for unnecessary services. I’m done. More
