This time around I didn’t have to wait 3 hours to get my truck back from an oil change and tire rotation. The inside was nicely detailed but the outside not so much. Looks like it was put through a car wash truck back from an oil change and tire rotation. The inside was nicely detailed but the outside not so much. Had a pleasant visit at the dealer for service on an outback. I was accommodated very nicely and their waiting was really good. Made my appointment 3 weeks in advance and made sure they had the part in stock for the warranty work. I confirmed the appointment a day before as always. I get to the service department 15min early and they had the part in stock for the warranty work. I confirmed the appointment a day before as always. I get to the service department 15min early and they then decided to tell me they do not have the parts that are needed for the warranty work and that it would take 3 to 5 business days for them to have the parts. I have a 2020 Forester with only 800 miles on it, so it's totally under warranty. The first time it wouldn't start, Roadside Assistance came and jumped it. The second time I had to have RA come with a fla totally under warranty. The first time it wouldn't start, Roadside Assistance came and jumped it. The second time I had to have RA come with a flat bed to take the car to the dealership to find out what was wrong. Should have been easy, right? Nope, RA wanted to charge me $175 before they'd schedule a tow so I called Subaru. Girl I spoke with said nothing they can do, it's up to RA how much they want to charge. Had to ask for her supervisor, who agreed that the tow is supposed to be free! Finally got the car towed in. Once it was fixed, someone at Subaru was supposed to come pick my husband up so he could drive the car home but I had a hard time finding anyone at Subaru who understood that and would send someone. Finally they did, I got my car back, and it is fixed. But they obviously did not wash it like they're supposed to do with every service. What I don't understand is why some people at Subaru seem to have no idea what is covered under their warranty so I had to keep pushing to find someone who does! It should NOT be that difficult! P.S. I don't remember the name of the person in the service dept so just picked one from the list so I could submit this review. More
