Joe is the gold standard in customer service It was a rainy morning and Joe had just taken me in to go over my service schedule. A few minutes in and one of the attendants came into the office to It was a rainy morning and Joe had just taken me in to go over my service schedule. A few minutes in and one of the attendants came into the office to let him know that there was a costumer that came in late for her appointment and would appreciate if they were taken care as soon as possible so they could make their next appointment. Joe thanked the attendant and then continued giving me his full attention. It was so great to win without a battle. He showed me right there that he really valued my time.
