Julio was very helpful, professional and friendly.😀 There was no pressure to buy but he continued to answer my questions, even the silly ones. He helped explain all my options and even let me take the car home for the night.. When I came the next day to purchase, he welcomed me with his smile and made sure all my questions were answered. He hooked up my garage door opener and my phone and he helped with Starlink and SiriusXM. He even set up my service appointment for the next week. We went over all the parts of the car. When I drove away I felt like I knew my new car pretty well. Julio was fun to work with. It was great working with him. Jesse was also great to work with. He is always very professional, friendly and helpful.😊I had bought my first 3 Foresters from him. Service was very helpful also. I Love my Forester!!🚘 More

Great experience I was treated with respect..even if my question was a little out of the ordinary, I was not treated like it was silly. Being a middled aged single wom I was treated with respect..even if my question was a little out of the ordinary, I was not treated like it was silly. Being a middled aged single woman that was important to me. I was not "talked down" to and all my questions were answered in a respectful manner. There was also not any pressure and things were done on my timeline. I had ample time to ask questions and make up my mind. Thank you so much. More

not the best I was mislead by receiving wrong information several times. Even the little details are important when buying a new car, so I believe this is importan I was mislead by receiving wrong information several times. Even the little details are important when buying a new car, so I believe this is important. First one when I asked about whether maintenance package was only available at this Subaru, he said yes. I later asked to finance people and they corrected it. Second one, I asked whether sedan model rear seat folded and he said no, which I learned later actually they could. They need to fix their ever dripping entrance ceiling, especially when the snow is melting. Also the door on the side if the building which never opens from outside but it says entrance on it. Before I bought my car, I went to several dealers including Ford, Toyota, Chevrolet and couple of others aside of Subaru. Subaru has the worst beverage area. Each dealer was busy on Saturday but Subaru definitely cannot manage it like others. And they will give this as an excuse if you have to wait for hours there like I did. I felt that I was being rushed through the whole process. Subaru cars are great. The cars sell themselves. Not these people. If you already do not have a car to drive up there, they have a shuttle service to downtown which I learned that I could actually use it after I spent lots of money taking uber or lyft up there. More

Best car buying experience to date. Found my CPO Outback on Cars.com with the best price/mileage/condition I'd seen (and I had looked for months). Called and spoke with Nick about the ca Found my CPO Outback on Cars.com with the best price/mileage/condition I'd seen (and I had looked for months). Called and spoke with Nick about the car. It was not yet through the CPO process, but he was able to get it done quickly. Drove down to Rochester and arrived about 11am, and was out the door about 1:30. Nick was friendly, prepared, and patient (I was late), and the true pricing made the experience so much easier. I decided to see what they'd offer for my trade in, and it was KBB, which I'd planned on. Jordan, in financing, came in with some really excellent terms. I got was I was looking for, there were no surprises, and no drama around pricing. Highly recommend. More
