Dealer ship was friendly and very helpful. When my car had a noise that could not be diagnosed 4-5x by a competing dealership, these guys went out of there way to make sure they found the problem. Everyone I came in contact with here were very friendly and helpful. I drive 3 1/2 hours just to come to Sherman Oaks Subaru because they were the only ones who were able to fix a problem that no one else and helpful.
