I was so glad to find this dealership. Stohlman is a 1st class and beautiful dealership. I told them the car I wanted and explained I did not want to play the games my local dealership was doing to me 1st class and beautiful dealership. The manager was professional and Tommy Stith, the salesman has been nothing but nice even after the sale. I really respect this person and when it’s time to buy again I know I am using him. I have only used the service department twice but every time I can’t think of a way they could make it any better. And I have worked in the automotive industry for 30 years. It’s been over a year since I purchased a car there and the same employees are still working at this dealership. It says a lot in the car industry. More

Quick , clean, reasonably priced for such things I suppose.. Pleasant time in the waiting room. Done in under an hour. Professional staff. I was generally happy until they told me that a software update for the car, if ever needed, might have to be downloaded by me or them and might take a long while to accomplish. The service tech also told me that they don't routinely monitor software updates on a per vehicle basis. I would think that this would just come along with routine maintenance. Oh well...so far so good. More

Service department is the BEST! Took my car in with a whining sound in the fan only when the heat was on. This is the kind of problem where almost all service departments would tell you some story about how the sound was normal. The staff at Stohlman Subaru immediately said it was a faulty fan and it was replaced, No more whining sound! Every time I've gone in for a scheduled service, recall etc... the work was done promptly and correctly. Service is the heart of any dealership. Thanks Stohlman. More

When we started the sales process on my first Subaru, a 2019 Forester, and I would have never thought that 6 months later, we would own 2 more, a 18 crosstrek and a 19 legacy. I just cant say enough about the team. Mark is the best sales guy I've even had the pleasure of working with, and Heather, in service, has just been amazing. If you want to buy a Subaru...You need to buy it from this location. I've been to at least 5 of them in the DMV area and would be a mistake to go elsewhere.... More

The driver’s seat also had a broken adjustment switch that happened at the car wash in late October. I made an appointment for Tuesday morning but when my car failed to start again on Monday morning I decided to drop it off early that afternoon instead of Tuesday. Nick looked at my car right away and said he thought the battery drain was because of the broken seat switch. I was prepared to leave the car there since I had no appointment for Monday but Nick got my car in right away and it was all fixed in about an hour. It doesn’t get much better than that. Nick Everly and the young man who sits next to him really took car of me. Thanks! More
