Thank you for your response to my review. I am writing to follow up on the ongoing issue with my TPMS sensor. I was under the impression this matter was being addressed, but since the issue was not resolved and the warning light has returned, I am formally requesting a resolution as follows: Given that the sensor issue has not been fixed after multiple visits, I have lost confidence in this service center. To resolve this, I request a partial refund to cover the difference in price for the TPMS sensor replacement and compensation for the time and inconvenience this has caused. That is in addition to your employee is being very rude during service. I believe we have talked on the phone and I also emailed, but I guess it was ignored, as no response was received. Well since I have lost the trust at this Subaru service and won't be coming back, what you could do is what has been requested on the phone and in the email, which is to post a partial refund for the difference in price for the TPMS sensor replacement and compensation for my time and inconvenience.
