The tow showed up on time and put up with security hassles of getting into a restricted parking garage. Tow went without a hitch, so to speak. Tow company delivered car to dealership and service department took it from there. Service Tech Nelson Pineda informed me of the estimate right away. Work commenced the following morning and car was ready by mid-day. They agreed to allow repaired car to remain on lot until weekend since my wife was traveling and we would need to drivers to retrieve car. Paid bill over the phone. All was good. Great service. At a dealership price, but well worth it! More
