From the moment I met them, Tom G. and Fernando we're nothing but professional and respectful in meeting my needs for buying a car. Never were they pushy or did they give me purchase deadlines. They had the exact car I wanted in stock and held it for me while I sold my other car. During the time they held it, I also checked prices with two other local dealers. Neither one came close to Stohlman's price and both had very pushy salesmen. It only confirmed my instinct to do business with Stohlman. Since my purchase, they had me return to spend 30 minutes with Charlie, their delivery specialist, who is like Subaru's version of an Apple Genius. He was able to show me how some of the technology worked and answer a few questions I had after driving the car for a couple weeks. Very nice touch. I have also met the service advisors and they seem to be as courteous and professional as the others. I can see myself having a great relationship with Stohlman of Sterling for many years to come.
