While I was there, I purchased another accessory and included that in my service with ease. Although I arrived early, and was told they were behind, service was prompt, and efficient, and I was out at the time of my scheduled appointment. (30 min total?). More

I had not responded as I was in negotiations w/ another dealership, but when those fell through, I contacted Lakshman back. Being a motivated buyer, I was eager to see the offerings at Stohlman. Although Lakshman was due to end his day, he waited until I was able to arrive after my day of work. I was happy to learn that Stohlman did not try to de-value my trade in as other dealerships did. After a brief time, I was able to make a deal and purchase a car. Not only did Lakshman stay throughout the entire process, long after he was due to end his day, he took the time to walk me through all of the features of my new car, and assist me in setting up my bluetooth connection and to download my contacts to the car's phone system. My experience was excellent and I will recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone looking for a new car. More
