The service bays at Stohlman Subaru are more like a professional racing teams than your typical dealership. It reminded me of NASCAR's Hendrick's Motorsports' racecar production facilities in Concord, North Carolina - awesomely clean, neat, and well organized. We have followed Stohlman from their small cramped facilities in Herndon where they picked up the service on our Outback. We just received our special order Forrester and could not be happier. Took care of it all! I called to make an appointment for an oil change and safety inspection and inquired about the status of the an airbag recall on the car. Parts have been hard to come by and Stohlman was working on a limited number of cars as the replacement parts came in. The service rep was able to schedule me for the airbag replacement on the same day as my oil change/safety inspection. I called in on a Thursday and I received and appointment for the following Wednesday. The dealership offered me a loaner for the day and the gas was on them. I have been with Stohlman of Herndon (now Sterling) for years now and have always received exemplary service from them. I highly recommend them! More
