Recently purchased a 2025 Subaru Outback from Sterling Subaru. The overall experience was excellent. Our salesperson was Anibal Romero and he treated my wife and I with both curtesy and respect. He answered all our questions with both patience and concern. We also dealt with Mike Stoner who was also attentive. I came in with a price quote generated through Consumers Reports and they readily honored it, even doing a little better when I asked them to do so. More

Purchased a new Subaru Crosstrek in January. They were aggressive in setting us up with a service appointment, and ensured us that the first service is free. When we showed up for that service They were aggressive in setting us up with a service appointment, and ensured us that the first service is free. When we showed up for that service in July, we were told that only the oil change is covered, tire rotation is an additional $55. So they will cover PART of the first service. When my car was ready, instead of checking me out, the unpro service advisor started talking and dealing with questions of a person who came after me When my car was ready, instead of checking me out, the unpro service advisor started talking and dealing with questions of a person who came after me. I was in a hurry, and approached the second service advisor who said he had to train a new employee….clearly more important than a helping a customer! To boot, they said they rotated tires, but i found air pressure low in all tires (after picking up the car)! Had to go to a gas station to fill air in all my tires. Clearly below mediocre service and poor service advisors. Hey, can u train them to not wear scowl on their faces at 8am….maybe they need a new job ?? If this happens again (every one deserves a second chance)… it will be sayonara to this dealership…. More
