I think Joanne is a really good advisor. She apologizes for delay in waiting to get checked in when I came 3/8 for my oil change. She also made the next appointment for the service Recall for 4/18. She was very helpful and courteous. I can’t say the same for Tyler when I came in for service for the Recall. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service he provided while my car was dropped off on 4/18 and was not finished till Tuesday 4/22. I had respond to that survey just 2 days ago and mentioned they forwarded these results to you Daniel. I also left my complete name as well from Ann larsen. Joanne was so understanding and her greeting when I got there (with no appointment) was amazing.
