I didn’t realize that I had scheduled my appointment for the wrong day and when I brought my car in, they told me that my appointment was actually in 2 weeks, which was the earliest time slot I had seen onl the wrong day and when I brought my car in, they told me that my appointment was actually in 2 weeks, which was the earliest time slot I had seen online. I said that it was urgent and if there was any earlier appointments and they took my car in that same day and had it done before the end of the day. Super appreciative of the friendly staff and the great customer service! Thank you again! More

Had an oil change and tire rotation appointment at 11:40. At 1:00 I noticed my car still in the bay. I asked if that was my vehicle and why it had not been taken back yet.
