Tyler was very knowledgable about the inventory and we felt as though he listen and genuinely cared about our wants and needs. He knew the answer to every question we had and really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and confident in our choice of vehicle. Tyler Brickley and the entire staff at suzuki were so friendly we felt like family! The price of our vehicle was exactly where we needed it to be and I could tell Tyler was working hard to make sure we got the payments exactly where we needed them to be. I really felt like Tyler and suzuki were on our team working with us to get in the right car for us instead of trying to take advantage of us just to make more money. Tyler Brickley is a quality guy who does quality work and we appreciate that he put 100% into making sure we were driving away in a vehicle that was perfect for us and met each and every one of our needs. I love that the customer service doesn't end when we drove off the lot! We got follow calls from Tyler to make sure we were still satisfied with our purchase and he always offers to wash our car if we are ever in the neighborhood! The overall suzuki experience, plus the awesome customer service and the friendly staff and the wonderful help of Tyler Brickley has ensured that we will we coming back the next time we have need of a vehicle! Thanks! More

If only other salesman were this way, they'd be the ones who this review would have been written for. The dealership as a whole is unbelieveably great, from opening the door as you walk in, all employees great you when you visit and where a hand shake still means something. More

The service department listens and shows an honest concern of the complaint. They take the time to ask questions to narrow the complaint for the repairing technician. Josh Wilson shows his profession concern of the complaint. They take the time to ask questions to narrow the complaint for the repairing technician. Josh Wilson shows his professionalism by not interrupting you when you're explaining the concern and he "finishes" the repair by shaking your hand after the repair(s) are complete. It is an honest pleasure to do business with Suzuki of Wichita: all aspects of their business show attention to detail and their employees are not pushy. Hope to see many continuted years of successful customer relations for this company. More
When I started looking for a new vehicle, I contacted Dan for advice because I know he has been in the industry for a long time and is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Dan gave me more insights than I exp for advice because I know he has been in the industry for a long time and is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Dan gave me more insights than I expected and for that reason I am so glad I got in touch with him. He didn't try to push me in any direction, which I really appreciated. While I haven't made a purchase yet, when I'm ready I will definitely go straight to him. More

I contacted several dealerships and Suzuki of Wichita (SoW) contacted me first, and really looked for ways to meet my needs. I went from wanting a used Ford to buying a new Suzuki with better quality at the same price. Suzuki's are made in America where Dodge, Ford, or GM tend to be made in Canada or Mexico - and tend to lack the quality of American built trucks. Anyway, I love my truck. It runs well, and pulls well. The purchasing experience and thoughtfulness of SoW employees were fantastic. From filling up my wife's gas tank to pizza for the kids, the stress of traveling from Oklahoma was removed. Ken was very responsive, and had trucks ready for test driving. The no hassle pricing with full access to cost breakdown removed even more stress. I did not have that slimy (I need a shower) feeling like purchasing a car from traditional dealerships. More
I needed to replace my wife's aging minivan with something more econoical. I put Tyler on the job. He was excellent to work with, and was so patient with me as we looked for just the right deal. W something more econoical. I put Tyler on the job. He was excellent to work with, and was so patient with me as we looked for just the right deal. When a great local trade-in came in, he was on the phone with me immediately. We drove it, we negotiated a fair price, and we bought it. There was no haggling, or pressure. As long as Tyler works there, I'll buy all of my cars from Suzuki of Wichita! More
WOW! My sister just bought a Suzuki from Suzuki of Wichita and everyone there treated her like she was their top priority. Not one time did she say she ever felt pressured to make a decision. She wa Wichita and everyone there treated her like she was their top priority. Not one time did she say she ever felt pressured to make a decision. She was told that regardless of her decision, they just wanted her to have all the information she needed to make a good decision. I wasn't even there and that impressed me so much, I wanted to come and leave a glowing review of her experience. She won't stop talking about it! Everyone was so friendly and upfront and honest with her about values on her trade, pricing, financing, and warranties. It was as if it wasn't even a car dealership. I don't know how to put into words what she was saying she felt, but I only know that you made my sister one happy camper. She is going to be picking up her new car soon and I think she'd love to do a picture or a video. You guys are awesome! She said you even had hamburgers and food for everyone at the dealership (FOR FREE!). I don't know if you do that every day or just Saturdays, but I know where I am going to go for my next vehicle. She is really happy and I just wanted to say thank you for everything you did for her. She is a single mom and I really wanted to be there to help her out. Timing didn't work out so that I could be there, but it doesn't sound like she needed me at all! You took really good care of her and I will recommend Suzuki of Wichita to any friends or family that I can... AND I DIDN'T EVEN GET A CAR THERE recently... my sister did! Long story short: Normal car dealers suck! Suzuki of Wichita = Awesome More
We bought a 2010 sx4 in December 2010 while going over financing our interest rate kept going higher and higher. So we were paying almost as much for a $13,000 loan as a $20,000 loan at 1.9%. So by the ti financing our interest rate kept going higher and higher. So we were paying almost as much for a $13,000 loan as a $20,000 loan at 1.9%. So by the time we left we were short $7,000 in vehicle if that makes sense? Well March '11 we took our car to be washed (they offered lifetime car washes) we got it back with a ding and missing paint chips everywhere. Including the rear spoiler, we were informed these were rock chips from salt on the roads or similar. We knew the ding or chips weren't there before because we saw some kind of "goo" on the car and decided to wash it. Before washing it we searched the whole car to see where all this "goo" was. This "goo" was clear and I thought it might cause damage so I was looking for every spot it was at and going to check these spots after washing to see if it caused damage. Well on inspection after washing chips were everywhere but where the "goo" was. So I searched everywhere again and found paint blisters on the hood (next wash will probably be chips) and on the rear spoiler where paint was peeling off (clear coat, paint, and primer). So for 2 weeks we battled with the dealership trying to get them to honor their warranty but they said it was our fault (they would repaint the spoiler). We called corporate (who supposedly has the final say) we called twice the first time the Technical Manager wanted to speak with the dealership about this. A week later (after having the Service Manager tell us they were rock chips and would talk to the Technical Manager about this) we were told they would only repaint the rear spoiler. I called corporate a few hours later after I got a chance. I wanted to speak to someone higher up. It was this call that I was told the Technical Manager had just put in a request to the dealership for more information on our case. The request had been made an hour earlier!! So the dealership never even talked to the Technical Manager who has the final say they just said NO! Online we found hundreds of other stories with the same problem. none of which had been resolved so we decided to trade in before we lost much equity!! We ended up getting a $24,000 loan/car for the same price as our $13,000 loan. I will NEVER buy a Suzuki again. This is a shady operation they are running, we were lied to (don't know who is lying. I don't care anymore, nor do I care to find out since it will probably be more lies). More
