He was knowledgable about the different models and safety features and not at all pushy. My husband and I returned and bought a Forester, which we love! Grant and the rest of the staff actually made this an enjoyable experience. Grant's been great with follow up and answering our questions about how to use some of the features. We'll recommend him to everyone we know who's in the market for a car. More

The experience that I have had here is by far the best car buying experience that I remember and I have had over 50 cars in my lifetime. I have never had a dealer that was willing to ship the car at no cost to my door that wasn't a very high-end auto. And when I needed the car earlier and they couldn't get it to me on time. Jimmy went into action and reimbursed my airfare, had me picked up from the airport and because I got there late he arranged to pay for one night stay at a hotel so I would have a good night sleep to drive the 10 hours home the next day. I love the car so much that I have one at our home in Europe as well. If there is a drawback to owning a Subaru is that I didn't know that the new accent was coming out so soon I would have waited. But with this kind of treatment, I might just purchase one anyway. I guess I better get my name on the waiting list for the new Accent now and I will be heading back to Subaru of Wichita to get it.
