Outstanding Customer Care We are repeat customers of AJ (in fact even my parents go to him now). Overall the level of customer care is outstanding from sales to service. The 2nd vehicle we recently purchased from AJ, we were informed of some new warranty programs that they are doing. One of which costs a little extra money added to your monthly car payment, but it is so worth it!! It provides coverage on your tires, wheels, paint chips, dents, and key fob. None of these items are cheap to repair/replace. I’m so thankful we have this warranty because we needed it this week!! We parked along the curb at our destination, hit a tree branch I didn’t see and it punctured a hole in our tire about the size of a half dollar. The tire was over $200 but we walked out paying less than $10 of sales tax thanks to the warranty!! So worth it!!! Can you imagine if we didn’t have this coverage and found ourselves needing a new tire - if not all new tires?!! OUCH! It certainly saved our pocket book! More

Customer Service is a JOKE! Owned truck 2 months now and making bi-weekly payments. It has been in their shop all but 1 week of that time after being delivered DIRTY (after told Owned truck 2 months now and making bi-weekly payments. I do not live in the same town as this dealership, I have left numerous messages at the store, sent numerous(4) emails to Tom White and have received NO updates! Was told this was a luxury "Big Horn Edition", which it is NOT, according to the tag office and my insurance company. It sat in their shop a FULL MONTH with no repairs done, not even this simple oil pan leak being addressed. Was told when the truck went back in their shop for round 2 of the same repairs (plus more issues), this truck repair would be "top priority". I still have not received a simple courtesy update, even after that being my biggest complaint the 1st go round. More

Very positive experience . Our salesman, Betai, particularly a positive as extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the car and was very responsive to any requests we ha . They do all the talking at tables in the main lobby, no back office with the high pressure sale. One of the employees from "Administration" who joined our salesman first time we talked about price was a bit pushy, but everyone else just seemed helpful and less pressured. A Manager, Scott for us most of our visits, was in the main lobby and would talk with us when waiting for our salesman to be free and also answer questions in a low pressure manner. Our salesman would also make appointments to meet with us again to minimize the time spent waiting. More

Every angle, every view, I'm talking a real work out! Even willing to FaceTime it! The car was shipped to me and came in way better condition than I thought!!😀The sales team I worked with Emilee & Scott are simply the best! And I am truly blessed and greatful for their honesty and trustworthiness in making this purchase from halfway across the country!
