They ran my credit too many times; didnt know their lenders AT ALL. Paperwork is absolutely a nightmare with these incompetent people. Car had issues from day one, beginning with them stupidly washing lenders AT ALL. Paperwork is absolutely a nightmare with these incompetent people. Car had issues from day one, beginning with them stupidly washing off the touch up paint they’d applied to hide the numerous scratches and dings. Windshield washer fluid never worked right, air conditioning needed to immediately be recharged, fan motor was dying. I was told this was because the car was 3 years old; bull! Ive had cars for 10 years that never had those parts fail. Finally got rid of the car when it started to shake above 55. Skip the hassle and the drama, go elsewhere More

We have had several issues with service for our brand new vehicle. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. We have had to wait several hours for simple maintenance to be done and we live an hour and a vehicle. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. We have had to wait several hours for simple maintenance to be done and we live an hour and a half away. Recently we had to have warranty parts ordered and when my husband arrived to have them put on he found out after being there for an hour that one of the parts that was ordered was incorrect and they would have to reorder. This place is a joke. I have never had so many issues and I bought a BRAND NEW car. This is beyond ridiculous… More

I am not even going to give any part of star, The truck we got was in a back lot of another car place they said no problem we will check this and check that fix the dings, they were quick to take my money we got was in a back lot of another car place they said no problem we will check this and check that fix the dings, they were quick to take my money and my other car. They had my truck for over 7 weeks since i got it and they just keep telling me its a used truck, like your truck is crap cause its used it was $28,000. crap, so i am very upset i would like to just trade it back in for something with less miles if this is how there used car/truck program is!!!! No warranty!!!! My stupidity I will never go to this place again and also said that about Car guys, come to find out they are affiliated with them should of known i would get screwed. Don't buy a used car/truck from them you get the run around and your money is crap once they get there's!!
