I learned of Suzuki of Wichita through an online ad for an suv my wife and I were looking at. We showed up and talked to Anthony (AK) about the suv. I was a car buying rookie and he explained everything very clear and made sure I knew what was going on and how the process worked. AK was easy to relate to and fun to work with. The whole process was fun and they went out of their way to make sure my wife and I were happy with our car...we drove home happy beep beep! More

Immediately I was introduced to Anthony and we hit it off right from the start. As we tried working our way through the process of getting this used car Anthony was more than helpful. There were issues with some of the creditors and then I was not pleased at some of the offers. However, Anthony never ever gave up in trying to get a deal that was appealing to everyone. He worked diligently in trying to get the financing that I needed and desired and always kept in touch with me throughout the process, which was not an easy task considering my work hours. My file was always on the top of the pile, day after day into week after week until he finally got everything worked out. I was very pleased with his work as a person not just a salesperson. He never came across as a salesperson...ya know the ones who just wants that quick sale and will tell you anything you want to hear just to get you to purchase a vehicle. That was never Anthony, he was always straight with me and up front on every aspect of the process. I was always treated very well by everyone at the dealership and I will have to admit that I actually had a good time visiting with all those who work at Suzuki. They are full of energy and laughs which makes the process of buying a car great!!! If your looking for a car salesman who will be upfront, honest, diligent,respectful and who will never give up no matter what the circumstances.....Anthony is your man!!!!!!! I will always be grateful to Anthony just for making the process of buying a car a smooth and fun experience. He has definately changed the way I think of car salesmen. When I went to purchase a vehicle this last time I was looking for a used SUV. Which would seem weird that I would end up at a new Suzuki lot right? But after going to several dealership to look at their looking for a used SUV. Which would seem weird that I would end up at a new Suzuki lot right? But after going to several dealership to look at their inventories and evaluate their sales force this is where I would absolutely purchase another car. They might even talk me into a Suzuki next time based on the mpg I'm getting on my Buick. But that's what I wanted so I can't fault them for selling it to me. Anytime I've gone for oil changes the service department is wonderful and always washes my SUV. And the finance department is amazing and has helped me a couple of times when the current economy got the best of me. I can't tell you much more that to at least give them a chance before you go buy elsewhere! More

This dealership can change EVERY preconception you have about a dealership. When went to Suzuki I wasn't sure what I wanted, or if ice could get antin with my credit.
