Dealership salesman misled buyer of car history Daughter bought 2016 MRX from dealer last year. All 4 tires (new with purchase) are worn to belts with less than 10,000 miles driven. Car has been in for multiple issues, but nobody said anything about the wear. Salesman said previous owner hadn't modified suspension ot wheels, but this was a lie. Sales manager says tough luck! I say screw you and will be sure to never take my Subaru Legacy or any other cars to Wyoming Valley Subaru. We were patrins for ovet 20 yeard, bur never again for this dealership! More

Excellent Subie Purchase Experience Yesterday, I accompanied my daughter for her first large purchase out of college with the 2018 Subaru Crosstrek she loved. From the moment we got in Yesterday, I accompanied my daughter for her first large purchase out of college with the 2018 Subaru Crosstrek she loved. From the moment we got into the showroom up to the time we left, we always felt comfortable and being taken cared for. Dave was very helpful throughout the whole process and I can feel he value his customers very much. He provided several options with car availability and the lenders. He explained well the car features that we need to know to get my daughter started on a high note with her car. He and Fred were very friendly and I didn’t feel shortchanged with our purchase. I’d highly recommend this dealership to all the NEPA folks who are planning to buy their next car. More
