Awesome experience! I gave this dealership 5 stars because as soon as I arrived and got out of my car, I was made to feel like I was important and in charge. My salesman John Griffin really took good care of me! Very knowledgeable, and he put me at ease. Family man with a good sense of humor, and that carried over in how he interacted with me. He far exceeded my expectations. So if you're going for new or used, John's your guy! And the finance guy David, really looked out for me in regards to my interest rate! Overall experience with this dealership was horrible. We thought that buying a Cadillac meant we were buying quality and exceptional service but it was just the opposite.
