It is understood I will have to replace my SRX sometime soon, and I assure you I will be returning to Suburban for my new purchase. Though I have another Cadillac dealer near by, I love the service department and their professional,charismatic people with Suburban. Scott (now in the financial dept.), Angus, Cheryl and Mike along with Joe in vehicle rental make the needed maintenance visits very pleasant. When a salesperson display Friendship! Over 3 years ago I was introduced to Donna, as she helped a new employee close my deal on a new Cadillac CTS . Within that time when ever I seen her Over 3 years ago I was introduced to Donna, as she helped a new employee close my deal on a new Cadillac CTS . Within that time when ever I seen her on my maintenance visits , she always showed a friendship mentality. So, when it was time for me to select a new vehicle she reached out to assist me. For many months, She updated me on what was in stock and leasing offers to help me in making a better decision than I probably would have made on my own. Professionalism means a lot to me but when you get it with a genuine smile and along with a display of friendship. Wow, that means I am more then a customer, I'm a Cadillac Club member (lol)... and that someone really cares about! Stellar Customer Service I am a loyal Cadillac customer. However, this was my first time working with Sales and Leasing Consultant, Dean Derigiotis. He is knowledgeable about I am a loyal Cadillac customer. However, this was my first time working with Sales and Leasing Consultant, Dean Derigiotis. He is knowledgeable about the Cadillac product and made every effort to assist me with feeling comfortable with my new vehicle and its‘ upgrades. He is personable, warm and truly committed to customer service excellence. He understands the meaning of building strong customer relationships. I cannot speak highly enough of him. He works seamlessly with his colleagues and appears to have a good rapport with them. Mr. Derigiotis introduced me to several employees to include Service Manager, Eric Scott, Financial Managers’ Jason Wier, Scott Estes and Salesman, Darius Thompson. Dean also introduced me to Executive Manager, Mark Naszradi. Mr. Naszradi was hands-on when addressing all my concerns especially service.
