A Fantastic Dealership I visited Suburban Cadillac to an oil change. I asked that my driver side tire also be checked because of a seemingly slow leak. When Ms. Knox-Marin I visited Suburban Cadillac to an oil change. I asked that my driver side tire also be checked because of a seemingly slow leak. When Ms. Knox-Marino came to the waiting room, she informed me that there was an unrepairable nail puncture in my tire. I decided to replace it immediately. I mentioned to Ms. Knox-Marino that I had an extended warranty on my SRX. She mentioned that normally the coverage was not for maintenance, but would check to see if I had added tire coverage. I was elated that at the end of my service visit, Cheryl told me that she easily reached the Easy Care company and learned that my tire cost would be covered. Another wonderful visit to Suburban Cadillac Dealership! I set my reported dirty fluid change needed alert immediately for the following week. Ms. Knox-Marino made my day with her quick professional assistance. More

She found the exact vehicle I Purchasing this Cadillac XT5 from Donna Mahler & Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth was my best car buying experience ever. She found the exact vehicle I wanted, provided me fair market value for my trade-in and did not engage in any high pressure selling. The day of the transaction went perfect. Donna spent a lot of time explaining all of the car's features and helping set up On-Star, while minimal time was spent signing the purchase agreement. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from Donna Mahler & the Suburban of Plymouth team. More

My Car lease experience at Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth We had leased several Lincoln MKX vehicles and liked them very much. After seeing the new Cadillac XT5 we liked it also and decided to visit Suburba We had leased several Lincoln MKX vehicles and liked them very much. After seeing the new Cadillac XT5 we liked it also and decided to visit Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth to test drive and review pricing. The sales associate at Suburban Cadillac, Barbara Basinski, was very curtious and helpful. We liked the XT5 very much but initially found the price and program was not as good as the Lincoln MKX. Barbara asked us to allow her more time to learn about upcoming Cadillac programs. She got back to us a couple weeks later with a much improved program allowing us to seriously consider leasing the XT5. During our next meeting with Barbara, she was able to find a vehicle with the features that we wanted plus, she helped with fine tuning the lease program allowing us to agree to the purchase. Barbara did a good job, the dealership did a good job preparing the vehicle and we like it very much. More
