First, the car was detailed and ready to be sold. You would think this would be a typical way to do business. Sadly, many dealers don't take the time to present their products properly. The test drive went well and I wanted the vehicle. The sitting down and writing up the deal did not take long, by buying a car standards. There was no pressure to buy extra items. They were presented, but Kim, or anyone else, did not try beat me into submission. Another plus. Finally, the car was delivered to my home with a full tank of gas. There is a difference in dealing with a high-end dealership. I do not buy new cars. I let someone else take the beating on depreciation. But, if I was in the market to buy a new Cadillac, I would make the trek to Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth. I highly recommend them for your new or used car purchase. Ask for Kim Moore. She is pleasant to deal with, and makes the buying experience the best. More
