Also, why do the salesmen gather in front of the showroom outside and smoke together like a bunch of frat guys. Even as a guy, it’s very uncomfortable walking by them. More

My research suggested that Suburban Chevrolet was a reliable dealership, so I was willing to drive 65 miles to see if we would be able to purchase a v My research suggested that Suburban Chevrolet was a reliable dealership, so I was willing to drive 65 miles to see if we would be able to purchase a vehicle from them. Brett was a gentleman and professional in that he put me at ease and made me feel valued. He assured me that though my vehicle was being purchased "as is" they would take care of me should my mechanic find issues when I get home. And that's exactly what they did. There was an oil leak from the transfer case that they repaired at no charge three days after taking it home. In addition, Curtis, Mark and Kristine were all very kind and considerate as we worked through negotiations, finance and service. My thanks goes out to the entire team for a very pleasant experience.
