Had some vehicle issues Had a few issues with my new truck. First had a door handle that had a couple of scratches upon purchase. Corey our salesman and Kirk Fox immediately went to work to order a new one. I also wound up with a screw in my tire and had a lug nut that needed a key to remove it...they helped out and got a new tire on, new lugs with a proper key, and did it and the new door handle on the cheap. But not cheap work!! I also knocked the mirror off the drivers door and a new clip was put on at the same time. Corey, Kirk, and Kristen the service advisor worked together along with Dan in parts and Sean in service to get things done. Would recommend this dealership for anyone! More

Not good I waited for 2 hours just for an oil change and when they were done they drove my car super fast through the parking lot up to where they drop it off. Oil change I came in for a scheduled oil change On my 2016 Chevrolet sonic and everything went well I was satisfied with the service. Sales team lacks honesty and integrity My wife and I are enjoying the car we purchased from Suburban Chev...However, our experience working with Dakota was extremely dissapointing. Before agreeing to purchase our vehicle we asked that we review all maintanence records and ensure all services up to 60k had been performed. He looked up the service record and claimed that dealer cost to perform the needed services would be $1,300, but he would offer us a "deal" ...we tcould increase the purchase price of the car by $500 and this service would be included in the sale. We agreed and purchased the car for an extra $500. When I brought the car back the following week to have this service performed I was charged $450 retail (nowhere near the $1,300 "dealer cost" we were quoted) This means that either the $1,300 worth of service (at cost) that Dakota claimed was included in the purchase was either inflated or wasn't performed. Based on our experience working with Dakota, we will never buy another car from Suburban Chevrolet and would not recommend this dealership to friends or family. More

Meh.... But can be addressed. I tried to think of several ways to title this review but it's hard to convey a job not well done, not even a job done. Maybe a job.... done-ish. I set up my appointment online for a regular service maintenance a week ahead of time and also left in the notes that the rear windshield washer reservoir was leaking intermittently. The staff were in no way rude or negative but definitely didn't seem to have the energy to give more than the minimum effort. The entire experience feel as if there was less concern with my car and more about getting the appointments out the door. Which is a generous statement given how long it took to get checked in. There was a long line and nobody greeting or directing customers where to go. When I did get checked in and my appointment was looked up, nothing was mentioned about the leak, so I had to remind the staff. I was then quoted 1.5-2 hours (yikes). Good news, it only took an hour. Bad news, they just directed my towards the payment desk, not mentioning anything about my vehicle, not even the leak. Per the direction of the cashier, I went back into the service department to see if they could debrief me on my service. Long story short, I was told I would need to set up another appointment to have this checked out. Wait, that's what this appointment was about. I won't even talk about the car wash. But hey, it was included so I'll give some grace here. I'm not mad or anything. As I mentioned, nobody was rude or anything to that nature. Just was a very sub par experience. They did the maintenance (I hope they did.... And I hope with more care than the rest of my experience). It's just disheartening to give this review because the potential for a better review is easily there. Just some good ol refresher on customer service would be enough for me to recommend this location to someone. Until then, I just can't comfortably do so because the service was just ...... Meh. More
