Poor service once again Even though I scheduled my service days in advance and was promised a rental, I arrived at the time of my appointment with no rentals available. Thus, I had to take double the time out of my day to come back again in the afternoon to drop of my car. I had approved fixes that I was not able to pull the funds for. they helped get me into a new vehicle and loop in my repair and amount left on the loan for that vehicle into a new one. I cant explain the amount of gratitude I feel for this. everyone I worked with was extremely accommodating and nice.
