Long wait for 6am oil change I scheduled a 6am oil change thinking it would possibly be quicker than the average 1 hour oil change in the evening. As i start thinking of the other people, I draw a blank but all the personnel were kind and considerate. Mark was the Finance person and did a very good job in explaining all the ins and outs of GM's extras that GM offers. Jack Yanisch was a wonderful salesman and provided a terrific car to buy, finding the one we bought in Wisconsin. Friday looks for car we pick up Tuesday. Not bad. This is a good looking car and we hope to keep this one for a while More

Don't keep there word In May of this year I flip my car from a lease to a purchase. In that time they were doing sales and incentives for buying cars, one of which was a free 100/500 visa card for a purchase of a car. I was told by Melissa that it would be mailed, but to no avail, two and a half months later I went in for my final oil change, this time I got the run around, was told they were to send an email, and I was suppose to click on something and then blah, blah, blah. She was going to check on it and let me know, still nothing. I went to the dealers website to try and get answers, but still no one would help me. It's been 3 months since I bought my car and I still have NOT gotten my visa card. I guess the sales person keeps them for themselves. It's for this reason I will NOT BUY or LEASE another car with this dealership, it's sad, because for the most part despite my previous bad experience with this dealership years ago, they have gotten better. But I can not put myself through it again. The service Dept is find, but the underhanded things that happens to the customers through the buying transactions I can't do it again. More
