Poorly treaded,Didnt tell me when my car was done, what was I arrive, I had to look for help,no one approach me,I was told Adam would be the service person, after an hour of waiting I ask the cashier,she said m I arrive, I had to look for help,no one approach me,I was told Adam would be the service person, after an hour of waiting I ask the cashier,she said my car was ready, I never saw or met Adam, I was never told that my car was ready, It problaly had been ready less then an hour, it was park outside.I was really upset I would of like to know what services I may of needed next on my car, also I had a few questions I wanted to asks,I have been treated like this before. I did call to report this I spoke to John the manager, he said Adams is a good worker,his mother died a week, ago he is having a bad day,he apogize offer me a free oil change rush me off the phone, then the service manager call me and repeated what he said, he talking with his employee. I REALLY DONT THINK THESE MANAGERS TAKE THIS SERIOUS, SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAS HAPPEN BEFORE WITH ANOTHER ENPLOYEE OF HIS IN SERVICE NAME MICHELLE, SHE WAS AWARE OF WHAT HAPPEN THE OTHER DAY, SHE WAS STANDING THERE AS I WALK BY, IT WAS REPORTED, AGAIN THE SAME MANAGERS RESPONSE WAS SHE HAVING A BAD DAY. Bought a new battery They found the problem and fixed it! They replaced my dead battery with a new one and used one of my coupons to help with the cost.
