Horrible Chevy Volt service Service workers seemed like they hated their jobs. One guy that I worked with just ignored his Manager as she tried to talk to him. I wanted to see Service workers seemed like they hated their jobs. One guy that I worked with just ignored his Manager as she tried to talk to him. I wanted to see about getting my Volt up to par with the latest software since I recently purchased it, one feature for the radio was absent so I thought maybe the updated software would take care of it. They wanted $100 an hour. How much labor could it take to load software?!!! It would be a three hour process I was told. How much actual labor would the Tech be doing?! I tried to talk to a different Service tech about my request and he blew me off. After I filled out a customer experience survey and there was zero follow up from the dealer or Chevy. So I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau as they are members. It's been over a month and not a call or any kind of follow up. Lame! I will say though that the Chevy Volt is an amazing car! More
