Just overall a really bad experience that only gets worse It is not any one item , I stated bye purchasing a " Certfied Surburban " nice salesman thought I was getting a fair price he did not tell me that in It is not any one item , I stated bye purchasing a " Certfied Surburban " nice salesman thought I was getting a fair price he did not tell me that in 1800 miles I needed to spend 2500$ , the service guy acted like I was the idiot for not knowing , next oil change they tell me I need front brakes because I am metal on metal so that was 500$ they did give me a little discount, so that tells me they know something is not right , so now I am afraid to go get " free oil changes because it always takes a day or two and I am now at almost 4000 out of pocket for a " Certified " Surburban that only had 47000 miles on it More

I purchased a vehicle and the purchase process went smoothly including a very good finance rate. Service after the sale was also top notch. I had a missing floor mat in the back seat and also had a starting issue that turned out to be a loose ground connection on the battery. Shane and Nate made sure both issues were resolved quickly. Since my vehicle was used, there was no original window sticker listing all of the options. Shane took the time to e-mail me the build sheet that listed all of the options on my vehicle.
